Step 1. Barbell Curl.
First exercise that we have to perform is the standing barbell curl which is an essential and important part of the bicep exercises.
Most of the old school bodybuilders used to perform this exercise with wider and narrow grip.

Wider Grip
Wider grip would grow the inner part or short head of the bicep. The variations of sets ranges from 3 to 4 with 10 to 12 reps maximun.

There are two basic variations for Dumbell curls .
Sitted Dumbell Curls.
The sitted dumbell curl exercise is the first part of this exercise from sets ranges from 3 to 4 with 10 to 12 reps maximum.
Standing Dumbell Curls.
The second exercise or part of of the dumbell curls are the standing dumbell curl exercises performing 3 to 4 sets with 10 to 12 reps maximum.

This exercise allows you to grow your biceps in a better way
You have to sit on a bench holding a single dumbell slighlty bent forward and placing your arm on your thighs .The function of this exercise is that it makes your bicep round and gives a top peak to you upper bicep.
Moreover it's also an old school bodybuilding exercise usually performed by famous bodybuilder Arnold Schwarzenegger.
Step 4 .Preacher Curl
It is also s very useful exercise and many bodybuilders of today perform it to add size to the arm. It adds geart mass to the Biceps if performed in a better way.
Its an important exercise if you want to add mass and size to your arms.
